Over the Christmas holiday, Variety has reported that Nicki Minaj has signed on to star in “The Angry Birds Movie 2” animation. It’ not known yet what role she will have, but Nicki is sure to give a standout performance – she has one of the most recognizable voices in all of entertainment right now.
The movie is set to open on August 16, 2019. The original made over 350 million dollars worldwide, and the sequel is highly anticipated. In addition to Nicki Minaj, Sony pictures is also bringing on other new actors like, Awkwafina and Sterling K. Brown – the studio does not plan on losing.
