DJ Mustard has been keeping really busy lately, adding to his all star list of hit collaborations. He just dropped the track “Pure Water” featuring The Migos. Who knows if this record will be released on a Migos album or a Mustard album, but one thing is for sure – it’s a banger. “Pure Water” goes hard with a driving bass that rumbles the listener, as the chords make your head nod over a club hot beat. Screaming DJ Mustard’s well known tag from the jump, “Mustard on the beat, hoe!”, this one should get it hot real quick in the streets.
The Migos have been tearing it up bringing in big money on tour, and a jam like this would fit perfectly into their scheme because the sound is made just for them. However, DJ Mustard hasn’t dropped a studio album in awhile and this joint would serve as a hot opening shot, just to let all y’all know what’s coming.
I give “Pure Water” by Mustard & The Migos 4 out of 5 Daggers Drippin’. It bangs hard, and it does Draw Blood.
