Scottish Electronica band Chvrches recently went on a tirade criticizing R&B superstar Chris Brown for, as they put it, his history of abuse of women. This is a message the band posted on Instagram…

They’re apparently upset artist Marshmellow worked with them, then had the audacity to go on to work with Chris Brown and rap artist Tyga on a song called “Light It Up.”

TMZ has the Chvrches lead singer’s rant on stage…

For his part, Chris Brown responded in a very Chris Brown-esque way. He calls them “losers,” and says he hopes they get hit by a bus full of mental patients. For the record, this is the song that Chvrches is pissed about…

While criticizing others, no word on whether the band “Chvrches” has ever apologized for using the Christian Church to promote their secular band. They actually had to change their name early on from Churches to Chvrches because Christians around the world assumed they were about God – still phonetically the same.

Two thirds of the world identifies as Christian and many could easily be offended by the group’s chosen name.

We’ll let you know if there are anymore barbs thrown in this situation. Until the next time it drips…
