Rapper YFN Lucci got a rude awakening when his ride, a new Mercedes Benz G-Wagon, got riddled with bullets on Friday night in Atlanta. TMZ reports the rapper was not in the vehicle at the time and was not hurt, but one man was, in what looks like an all new hunting season on rappers in Atlanta.
We’re told the incident was another drive-by situation, much like the one captured on surveillance when gunmen hung out the window of a moving car and wildly unloaded rounds from an assault rifle at Crossover Studios in Atlanta, where rap superstar Offset was recording inside.
The shooting victim says he was driving YFN Lucci’s car at the time the bullets rang out, so Lucci is not named on the police report. The G-Wagon is actually registered in YFN Lucci’s mother’s name, which may explain why the news took a while to come out.
