Though he had already been charged, a grand jury brought down a murder indictment against Eric Holder, the man believed to have murdered Nipsey Hussle in front of his business in South Central L.A. TMZ reports two new charges have also been added against Eric Holder, for the other two men that barely escaped the incident with their lives.
It’s not known why prosecutors decided to go to a grand jury, except for the notion of skipping the preliminary hearing in front of a judge. Holder entered a plea of not quilty, and is now set to return to court on July 18 in Los Angeles.
