Rapper Desiigner is pretty much fed up with his label G.O.O.D. Music, founded by Kanye West. It seems he’s going with a scorched earth tactic to deal with the situation, as he took to social media recently to make his protest heard. He rose up Wednesday night to say plainly, “FREE ME FROM THIS LABLE” 💯

He ran this same message again the next day, October 3rd. One can only conclude that Desiigner is very serious about his request to be cut loose. This statement was preceded a couple weeks ago by another public Desiigner message spitting fire at the label because they were taking too long to shoot his video. He said…
“I REALLY BE MAKING THE PLAYS HERE I SWEAR THANKS TO EVERYBODY THAT FU*K WIT ME CAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE FUNNY IN THIS INDUSTRY,” “I WANT SHOOT MY VIDEO BUT MY LABLE IS TAKING TO LONG.”
He’s not adept at spelling, but we all should get his point. Desiigner’s been with G.O.O D. Music since early 2016 and he was hot when he landed with his hit single “Panda.” However, he’s yet to deliver a debut album and he struggles to keep his fans interested.
For more clarity, it’s worth noting that early this year when Kanye West, Desiigner’s boss, was publicly brown nosing Donald Trump and making himself look foolish, at least in the eyes of most people, Desiigner made the mistake of literally calling Kanye West “crazy.” At the time, Designer’s exact words were… “Y’all n**gas think he’s the genius. Y’all think that n***a’s sh*t. But to me, n**ga, that n**ga’s crazy, n**ga. To me, n**ga, I’ve been doing this sh*t myself.”
It’s one thing for others to call Kanye West crazy, but something else entirely if the man literally pays you. We wish Desiigner the best with his situation, and we’ll be following the developments. Until the next time it drips…
