Early Friday morning rapper Famous Dex collapsed while performing on stage at 1 OAK nightclub in West Hollywood, California. As you can see, several people came to the rapper’s aid and tried to hold him so he didn’t hurt himself. As the music kept playing, the stunned crowd stood still as they rushed Famous Dex backstage to administer first aid. Reportedly paramedics were called, but no word on whether he actually went to the hospital for medical attention.
Many were left not knowing what to think because the rapper is known for pulling stunts and tricks on his fans during live performances. His fans also know Famous Dex had an episode on Live a year ago where he fell out mid-broadcast, later admitting to heavy drug use. However this time the situation may be a bit different. A rep for the rapper eventually released this message…
“We wish Famous Dex a speedy recovery after his epileptic seizure last night. He is currently in good spirits and hopes to return back to finishing his new album. He thanks all his fans for their prayers and well wishes.”
