NBA YOUNGBOY TOOK PLEA DEAL AFTER BODYSLAMMING GIRLFRIEND

NBA YoungBoy finally put a case to bed that has dogged him for nearly two years. In February 2018 the rapper was caught on surveillance camera violently bodyslamming his girlfriend to the ground at a hotel in Ware County, Georgia. Today however, TMZ reports NBA Youngboy only pled guilty to misdemeanor simple battery family violence.

The rapper will be on probation for 12 months and will have to pay a $1500 fine. Additionally, he’s been ordered to attend anger management classes, which is standard in these situations. Interestingly, NBA YoungBoy is still on house arrest in another case for probation violations, but this case, at least, is resolved. Prosecutors agreed to drop the more severe charges.

Initially he was charged with aggravated assault and kidnapping because he was seen on surveillance forcing the young lady into his room after slamming her. However the girlfriend in question refused to testify from the beginning, so Ware County prosecutors really had no choice but to offer NBA YoungBoy this sweet deal.

We’ll keep you up to date – until the next time it drips…
