FUTURE – WITH SEVEN BABY MAMAS, YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY

Future’s suspected 7th baby mama, Eliza Reign, has filed a motion to dismiss in the case Future has brought against her for invasion of privacy. You may or may not know that Eliza’s been quite a chatty Cathy about the rap superstar and their sex life since he has refused to accept paternity of her now 11-month-old baby girl, Reign Wilburn.

TMZ just obtained documents where Eliza says simply having as many baby mamas as Future does, basically negates any right for him to expect privacy. In court docs Eliza writes that Future’s high score of baby mamas “are all documented and widely reported on the internet and discussed on social media. It is unknown why he would think this one would be any different.”

Future filed a lawsuit against her right after Eliza started talking about their sex life and his body parts. She basically went out of her way to describe his penis size and form to a gossip website during a Skype interview. The actual host of the show tried to warn Eliza not to go too far, in real time as they were recording the set, but Eliza didn’t listen and continued with very intimate details of sex with Future. In lightning fast speed, Eliza was hit with the lawsuit from Future.

In fact, Eliza expressed in court documents that she feels since Future refuses to take a paternity test, she should have the right to describe their sex life if she wants. She also says they wouldn’t be here if Future would just take the test. Eliza stated she “had to resort to the court system because the child’s father refuses to acknowledge paternity.”

Her motion to dismiss was denied because of a technicality – she should probably hire a lawyer for these things, or at least get a better one. However, her points were made, if not actually listened to.

The whole situation with Future and Eliza is a real tangled web, but through her lawsuit against him and now his lawsuit against her, one thing remains the same… Future has yet to deny little 11-month-old Reign Wilburn. Future watch continues – until the next time it drips…
