Don’t know if you caught it, but rap icons Snoop Dogg and “the dog” DMX went toe-to-toe last night in an epic Verzuz battle, and it’s bound to be a classic. The two kings played and performed some of their biggest chart toppers like DMX’s “X Gon’ Give it to Ya,” and big Snoop Dogg’s “Gin and Juice.”
Verzuz is the hot new internet phenomenon started by super producers Swizz Beatz and Timbaland that matches old school artists for a night of musical fun going through the artists’ catalogs. There were over 500,000 Instagram Live viewers logged in last night.
