Beloved rap superstar Megan Thee Stallion took to social media last night finally accused rapper Tory Lanez as the one that shot her in the foot. In an emotional and at times rambling statement, Megan said…
“Yes this nigga Tory shot me! You shot me… and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lyin’ in sh*t. Stop lyin’!”
Megan described how Tory shot her from the back of the SUV after all four in the vehicle had been arguing … that would be Megan, Tory, her friend Kelsey, and Tory’s security guard. Megan says she was trying to exit the situation and had gotten out of the SUV when Tory Lanez started shooting.
She went on to describe how she became afraid to tell responding police Tory had just shot her because, oddly, she feared police would shoot them all. This is how Megan put it…
“Why the fu*k would I tell the laws somebody got a gun in this car and this nigga shot me?! So I can get shot, you can get shot, she can get shot… I ain’t tell the police immediately what happened because I didn’t wanna die! I didn’t want the police to shoot me because it’s a ni99a with a gun in the the car!”
Apparently Megan Thee Stallion was more afraid of the police, the calvary that came to save her, than the man with a gun that had shot shot her in the foot. There’s a very interesting mindset on display here, you have to watch Megan’s whole video, truly.
Now, however, it looks like the “WAP” artist is getting frustrated that Tory Lanez and his people are now turning the story around on her. Megan is clearly upset because people are increasingly starting to believe she’s lying about the events of that night in the Hollywood Hills. Tory Lanez and his crew have been filling the vacuum left by Megan not simply telling her story.
Megan also admitted to not only lying to police about the situation, but also lying to the doctor that treated her foot at the hospital – she told the doctor she didn’t know she was shot. During her video to her fans Megan often exclaimed, “Why would I lie!?” However, it’s hard to get people to believe you when you yourself admit to having lied several times before.
Hopefully there’s enough hard evidence to prove that what Megan Thee Stallion is now saying about that night is all true. To be honest, she probably hasn’t done herself any favors by the way she’s chosen to handle the circumstance thus far. Until the next time it drips…
