Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes is keeping the year moving with even more memorable moments. On Tuesday he stunned his longtime girlfriend, 25-year-old Brittany Mathews, with an amazing marriage proposal right after his on field Super Bowl LIV Championship Ring Ceremony at Arrowhead Stadium.
The team had just received rings with a Chiefs logo on it, made of 60 diamonds. However, while that was going on, Patrick already had a Stadium suite for Brittany filled with flowers and a huge message that read, “Will You Marry Me?!”
Over social media, Brittany shared the wonderful news saying…
“On a day that was meant to celebrate you, you turned it into celebrating us.” She continued, “You made this day perfect, you took my entire breath away and I could not have imagined anything better.”

Brittany also showed off a pic of a ring with a massive emerald cut diamond in the center and two bands filled with more diamonds. It’s not clear how much the ring is worth, but it looks very, very expensive.
It’s been a truly awesome 2020 for 24-year-old Super Bowl winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Coronavirus be damned. First he beat the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV then went on to sign the biggest, most lucrative deal in NFL history with a $503 million contract extension. Oh, and let’s not forget he now owns the freakin’ Kansas City Royals… all just this year.
