Alleah Taylor, ex-girlfriend of former Seattle Seahawks lineman, Chad Wheeler, has spoken out for the first time. In an exclusive with Jericka Duncan on CBS This Morning, Taylor detailed some of the injuries she suffered, allegedly at the hands of 6’7″, 300 lb. Wheeler. She said…
“I still have to regularly get my concussion checked… I have bolts, and steel, and a steel plate I’m gonna have forever in my arm… I’m gonna have…gonna have to deal with this the rest of my life.”
Alleah recounted the lead up to the surprise attack, and she described how Wheeler demanded she “bow down” to him just before he grabbed her neck and choked her until she lost consciousness. She also described, in graphic detail, how she now has a steel plate and pins that will be with her for the rest of her life.
Alleah went on to say that when she regained consciousness after the beating, Wheeler was still in the house. She recounted how he looked at her and said, “Wow, you’re, you’re still alive,” as he drank a smoothie. After that, somehow Alleah was able to lock herself in a bathroom where she finally called the police.
The Seahawks organization let Chad Wheeler go after the incident, and he now faces three charges in Washington state – two for domestic violence and one for resisting assault. We’ll bring you more details as they become available.
Until the next time it drips….
