LIL YACHTY PRAISES DRAKE AND HIS 2011 “TAKE CARE” ALBUM

Atlanta rapper Lil Yachty is giving Drake his props. He went to social media recently to pay homage to what he thinks is one of the best hip-hop albums ever made.

Lil Boat tweeted out about Drizzy’s Take Care project, which dropped in November of 2011. The collection debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling 631,000 copies in its first week.

The album helped cement the 6 God’s status as an elite artist and one that can certainly move big numbers. Yachty tweeted out that Take Care was one of rap’s best albums of all-time, and most would agree.

Drake is, ten years later, one of the biggest and best selling artists to ever grace the musical stage. Yachty’s message is well received, but in the meantime, fans can only hope Drizzy follows up Certified Lover Boy with another certified classic.

Until the next time it drips…
