Chicago rapper Polo G doesn’t need to curse in his music. The hip-hop star went online to dish out on why he didn’t drop any swears in a new song.
Polo tweeted out that his new “Fortnight” track was actually made for the renowned game itself, and that’s why there was no cursing. Fortnite was supposed to use the track in their game, but didn’t follow through with it.
However, the 22-year-old thought the track was good enough to drop it to the public. It came out on his new deluxe project, titled Hall Of Fame 2.0.
The deluxe edition of his hit album is set to move 72,000 equivalent album units in its first week, coming in at third behind Taylor Swift and Adele’s EPs. Although he’s no stranger to success, the “RAPSTAR” can find solace in his ability to stay making hits, swearing or not.
