Kanye West fans have a major reason to be excited. A teaser for an upcoming documentary has been revealed.
It’s been announced that Ye documentary jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy will premiere February 16th on Netflix and air over three weeks. The announcement came with a new teaser for the project, featuring Mr. West speaking to Rhymefest way back in 2002 – it explains the title of the doc.
On the clip, Kanye says…
“Me and Fest got into an argument. I feel like he disrespected me, man. Tried to say I wasn’t a genius, sh*t.” The veteran rapper replied, “But who are you to call yourself a genius?”
The teaser also features dope footage and videos from over the years of his illustrious career, including footage of his late mother Donda West. JAY-Z and Pharrell can also be seen at the debut of Kanye’s album The Life of Pablo 2016.
