Travis Scott is getting sued again. However, it’s a little different, as this time – it isn’t over Astroworld Festival-related matters.
A man named Mickaël Mehala, an artist who also goes by Black Childish, is suing ‘Trav’ in his home country of France. He alleges the rap superstar stole his original centaur artwork for Travi$ La Flame, a 2016 compilation project that includes many songs from his mixtape Days Before Rodeo.
Mehala claims he actually created this piece himself in 2015 and sent it to the 30-year-old on Instagram in 2016, so he could see it and post it for fans to see. However, TMZ reports that the artist is upset he allegedly never heard back from Travis and used the artwork.
He’s suing for hundreds of thousands of dollars and wants ownership of the artwork, although, it’s already been pulled from some platforms. This definitely isn’t the first thing on La Flame’s mind right now, so this might go on the back-burner for a minute.
