Tyler, The Creator is on the runway. The former Odd Future star’s music has made it all the way to the fashion world.
Louis Vuitton presented its Men’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection by the late iconic Virgil Abloh on Thursday. While the unique fashion pieces were revealed, a Tyler-created score could be heard playing throughout.
The 30-year-old rapper confirmed his involvement and creation of the show’s soundtrack after a fan asked him about the matter. “Bingo,” he tweeted in response to a fan who asked “did @tylerthecreator composed the soundtrack to the LV show?”
He was also seen at the event itself on the sidelines, kicking back and enjoying the collection’s presentation. For Tyler, a close friend of Virgil’s, It was definitely a heartfelt moment and a major accomplishment he won’t soon forget.
