Fivio Foreign has some words for Trinidad James. The drill star went to social media to shut down a bold claim from James.
A clip from Trinidad James’ Drink Champs interview recently resurfaced and made its way around the Internet. In the video, he claims he was the originator of bringing the word “viral” into hip-hop’s illustrious culture.
“The term viral did not exist in Hip Hop,” the Atlanta native expressed during May 2021 interview. “It did not exist. N*ggas never said, ‘Oh, this n*gga going viral.’ N*ggas had never ever said that. I’m a fan.”
However, the Brooklyn native vehemently disagrees with the 34-year-old. Fivio tweeted that “Trinidad James musta lost his f**cin mind talkin he started da word Viral.”
Who knows – it’s awful hard to keep track of who starts what, but at the end of the day… everybody knows Soulja Boy was the first rapper to do nearly everything (if you ask him).
