Nick Cannon and 50 Cent are joining in. The hip-hop celebrities have partaken in a viral trend in which folks are spelling out words with their dough.
Rappers have been putting their cash on the ground and sending all sorts of messages. For example, Fivio Foreign said good fathers shouldn’t have to pay child support in a post that also featured the money-message “f**c child support,” and he’s just one of many to take part in the craze.
Canon, a Hollywood star, hilariously wrote the Internal Revenue Service always has their eyes on you. “IRS watchin,” he spelled out in toilet paper instead of cold hard cash. ‘Fif’ wanted everybody to know he did it first, though.
The “In Da Club” artist wrote, āWhen i look back at some of the sh*t that i did, I be bugging out.Ā I see all these new versions i like all of them.” He shared a throwback shot of himself with the word “broke” written in cash.
Of course, Soulja Boy shot back and said he did it before that, as expected. It’s unclear who really started it, but our eyes are leaning toward the New York hip-hop veteran.
Until the next time it drips…
