Fat Joe isn’t here for the money challenge. The veteran rapper went to social media to air out the viral trend and explain why he doesn’t mess with it.
The New York native says he believes people posting pictures with stacks of money is just an invitation for the authorities to come. This is how Joe put it….
“I dare you to look down my Instagram, or anywhere on social media, and see if Fat Joe has ever pulled out a one hundred dollar bill.”
“One! And then these people, when they get caught… You told on yourself,” he continued. ‘Joey Crack’ also said Big Apple rap OG Busy Bee was the first person to do the challenge after writing his name out in money in classic film Wild Style.
Fat Joe definitely has a point, and he’s not alone, as Nick Cannon also spoke up about the same concerns. Is the government watching you pose with your money? They might be, so Joe won’t be caught with his pants down and is staying far away from the challenge.
