Kanye West is remembering his late friend. He took to social media to show love to the iconic Kobe Bryant two years after his passing.
The NBA legend was tragically killed in a helicopter crash back on January 26th of 2020 with his daughter Gianna Bryant and seven others. As the Bryant family still mourns, so does the entire world right there with them.
Leading the remembrances of Kobe on the second anniversary of his death was Ye, who took to Instagram with a tribute. Sharing a picture of the two together, Mr. West kept it simple and captioned the post “miss you family.”
Kobe will always be on the minds of those that knew and loved him and on the minds of basketball fans across the world. Keeping the late 41-year-old’s legacy alive is important for the game, and superstars like Ye speaking up will definitely keep the light shining on the heroic figure, loved by so many.
