Tyler, The Creator is there for the youth. Rising rapper D Savage has spoken up about how Tyler used to come up clutch for him back in the day.
Now 23 years old, Savage says back in high school the Los Angeles native would come and scoop him from school. It wasn’t just any regular pick-up either, but Tyler would come in an Audi R8 supercar.
Their friendship was deeper than a few rides, as well. D previously revealed he’s known The Creator for years, even back when Tyler would call himself “Ace The Creator” instead of the moniker in which he’s known by now.
D Savage has also dished out that he lived with the former Odd Future star while he was making 2013 album Wolf, a project that helped propel his career into the mainstream spotlight. It seems like the two have been boys forever, and have a bond not many rappers share.
