Snoop Dogg is excited. The hip-hop star went online to playfully hype up this year’s star-studded Super Bowl LVI halftime show lineup.
He took to Instagram with a funny post regarding the mega-event, which is usually the most watched thing on television year after year. Snoop posted “FYI I heard there is gonna be a football game at the Eminem, Dr. Dre and Snoop concert.”
The rap veteran will take the stage on Sunday with Dre, ‘Em,’ Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige in what will be an iconic performance. As far as football goes, the Bengals will be facing off against the Rams in the NFL’s most important game.
When speaking to The Associated Press, Snoop called performing at the Super Bowl, which is going down in his home state, a “dream come true.” It’s sure to be an amazing time for Hip-hop fans everywhere, as it’s rare that so much star power comes together at once.
