SILK SONIC CELEBRATES VALENTINE’S DAY WITH NEW AUDIO FIRE

Silk Sonic has something new for fans. The dope music duo has dropped fresh audio heat in time for Valentine’s Day.

On Monday, Anderson .Paak capitalized on his Super Bowl halftime show drummer appearance by releasing a new song with his pal Bruno Mars. Arriving right on time for the romantic holiday, the song is called “Love’s Train.”

The new track is actually a cover of funk band Con Funk Shun’s 1982 hit of the same name, so it’s great to see Silk Sonic throwing it back to the 80’s. The group posted…

“We wanna dedicate this to that special someone!” .Paak wrote on Instagram. “NEW MUSIC FROM @silksonic IS OUT NOW! ( link in bio ) #LOVESTRAIN.”

The duo dropped their debut album, An Evening with Silk Sonic, last November, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Fans can only hope they continue dropping music, and eventually another album.
