DaBaby is in more legal trouble. After a recent bowling alley brawl with his ex’s brother, he’s being taken to court.
DaniLeigh‘s brother, Brandon Bills, is suing the Charlotte native over their recent fight at a SoCal bowling alley. According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ, Bills is claiming he walked by the rapper in the bowling alley when he was suddenly attacked.
He claims he was left with severe injury and pain, and has now presented a lawsuit to Baby. Brandon also claims he didn’t fight back, and that the assault resulted in both physical and psychological damage, with additional medical bills and sustained disability.
Law enforcement tells TMZ they’re now investigating DaBaby for assault with a deadly weapon because Brandon got kicked in the head while on the ground. The “Suge” artist was banned from the bowling alley, but it remains to be determined just how much he’ll have to pay up over the matter.
