The Game isn’t upset, at all. The West Coast rapper went to social media to clarify his feelings about the Super Bowl LVI halftime show.
Shortly after the show, Game hinted that he was a little bit upset about being left out of the performance’s lineup. In light of this, The Game felt he should step up to set the record straight, and let it be known he is not bothered at all. He wrote over an image posted on Instagram….
“Don’t nobody speak for ‘The Game’ except ‘THE GAME.” I ain’t had no conversation with nobody regarding Jay-Z and the Super Bowl he put together. I don’t feel no way about no being included. It was a GREAT SHOW featuring iconic artists. It was a WIN for the culture.”
Wack 100 has also clarified his statement and made it be known the rap star wasn’t salty about the Super Bowl event – which is produced by Hov’s Roc Nation.
While it doesn’t really matter in retrospect, it still would’ve been dope to see the “How We Do” artist at the performance. Some opportunities are literally just “once in a lifetime.”
Until the next time it drips…
