DMX’S FIANCÉE SPEAKS UP ABOUT HARDSHIP FOLLOWING HIS DEATH

The fiancée of DMX is speaking up about hardship. Desiree Lindstrom has opened up about dealing with the loss of the legendary Earl Simmons.

During an appearance on the It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper podcast, Lindstrom spoke about life after DMX. She was with the rapper for 10 years and shares a five-year-old son with him, whose name is Exodus.

When asked about how it’s been dealing with his death, she said…

“I go up and down with emotions. I have to really force myself to keep it moving, keep going. Of course, I have a normal job that I gotta do to take care of Exodus. I’m blessed. I’m just going with the flow.”

Lindstrom struggled to hold back tears while noting how tough it’s been without him, especially around the holidays, saying…

“Holidays get lonely because Earl was my family, but I do have Exodus and I try to make the best of it because I know that’s what he’d want me to do.”

It’s evident the late 50-year-old was loved and appreciated by millions. It’s also clear he was loved by family as well.
