TEKASHI 6IX9INE REVEALS HE’S STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY – FORESEES BANKRUPTCY

Tekashi 6ix9ine is struggling. The controversial rapper has declared he’s “struggling” financially amid his “stalled” career.

According to court documents obtained byĀ Complex, Tekashi told a judge overseeing a civil lawsuit against him regarding a 2018 armed robbery that his career hasn’t been the same since his time behind bars. Tekashi’s accused of being present when his then Nine Trey Blood gang ambushed and robbed two people outside a New York City music studio.

Tekashi explained to the judge that his money is drying up and no label is extending him an advance. He claims in the legal docs…

ā€œRight now, I am struggling to make ends meet. I do not know if I will ever command the kind of advances I was paid before my arrest, and my career stalled. I did receive large advances under the recording artist and merchandising agreements prior to my arrest. However, I do not receive any royalties under those agreements either since my royalty accounts remain unrecouped.ā€

The humble tone is a far cry from the brash, trash-talking, internet troll of an artist Tekashi 6ix9ine used to be. Even after his stint in federal lockup, Tekashi continued his habit of disrespecting other rappers’ dead homies.

His fans had been wondering why the “FEFE” artist hadn’t been up to his usual tricks online lately. Inexplicably, his platforms have been mostly abandoned for the better part of an entire year.

Perhaps Tekashi 6ix9ine knew one day he would have to come clean about his desperate financial situation. In a final statement, the Brooklyn rapper revealed he sees bankruptcy as a possibility, admitting…

“It will surely bankrupt me in a way from which I will never recover to the permanent detriment and hardship of the family members who rely upon me.ā€

How far the mighty have fallen… Once the biggest rapper in the world, it appears Tekashi 6ix9ine now has to face the consequences of being Hip-hop’s most infamous snitch.

Until the next time it drips…
