Fivio Foreign is celebrating success. The New York star went online to hype up his first Grammy nomination.
In a video the drill pioneer shared to his Instagram account this weekend, Fivio held his official nomination and then explained how the Recording Academy gives each nominee a gift to commemorate the big-time achievement. After opening a baby blue wrapped bag, the 31-year-old pulls out a Tiffany & Co. gold medal, reading Recording Academy on the front and Grammy nominee on the back.
“I just tryna motivated the people that never been motivated,” he captioned his post and proceeded to prom9te his upcoming project. “We Grammy Nominated. I’m the hardest working new artist out.. Just wait for this Album B.I.B.L.E 4/8.”
His nomination comes for his work on Kanye West’s Donda, particularly on hit single “Off The Grid.” This is a major achievement, and we can all be sure this isn’t the last time we’re going to here Fivio Foreign’s name in the same sentence as the Grammy Awards, which premiere on April 3rd.
