PUSHA T DROPS MCDONALD’S DISS TRACK ON BEHALF OF ARBY’S

Pusha T is going straight at McDonald’s. The Virginia rapper has gone at the fast food restaurant in a new diss track for a rival chain.

‘King Push’ has dropped a fresh track for Arby’s, aimed against McDonald’s. Titled “Spicy Fish Diss,” he takes aim at the home of the famous Filet-O-Fish sandwich while promoting Arby’s own spicy fish sandwich.

The collaboration is especially notable, as Pusha is actually credited with writing McDonald’s iconic “I’m lovin’ it” jingle years ago, in 2003. He talked about the deal during a recent interview with Rolling Stone, claiming he only got paid “peanuts” for his work. He explained…

“I did it at a very young age at a very young time in my career where I wasn’t asking for as much money and ownership. It’s something that’s always dug at me later in life like, ‘Dammit, I was a part of this and I should have more stake.’”

It looks like the Hip-hop veteran will finally have his revenge on the McDonald’s Corporation, one way or the other.
