Doja Cat is calling it quits. The Hip-Hop star has gone online to let it be known she was dipping out.
The singer and rapper is claiming she’s quitting music in her latest Twitter action. The situation arose after she went toe-to-toe with users over a canceled festival appearance in Paraguay after hopping online post-Lollapalooza performance in Brazil this week.
Fans claimed she didn’t show the country enough attention, and didn’t acknowledge her axed performance, which was shut down due to a deadly storm and flooding. One user tweeted “Not a single photo being in Paraguay, not a single tweet, not a single Instagram story!!!! You made us empty!!”
She’s gone back and forth with users and asserted she’s not sorry, which has led to the 26-year-old announcing her music career is over. Is the “Kiss Me More” star actually done? Who knows – but it has been confirmed Doja will perform for the second consecutive night at Lollapalooza Brasil.
