Busta Rhymes has the greatest flow ever. Correction: that’s at least what rap OG Big Daddy Kane has to say.
On Tuesday, Big Daddy Kane took to Instagram with a video of himself and ‘Bus-A-Bus’ and bestowed quite the honor on his Hip-Hop peer. Talking right at the camera, Kane says, “Let me explain something to you. Real talk. Real quick, a’ight? Hands down, greatest flow in Hip Hop.”
He continued…
“And anybody that want to dispute me on this, this is what I want you to do. Listen to the original version of “Turn It Up” from this man — the original version with the Al Green sample. I did this. Three times. Count it. This dude switched his flow seven times in one song. F*ck with that. Nobody’s doing that.”
After that, he pretended to bow down to Busta and then gives him a big hug. Although the topic is up for debate, Big Daddy Kane definitely has a point. The 49-year-old is definitely one of our greatest MCs, and we should appreciate all Hip-Hop greatness for what it is.
