He was recently seen on social media counting $1.3 million in cash and presented a challenge to his rap peers to flex their own dough, but now he’s backtracking on his viral content. People had originally questioned the validity of the bills, especially considering Wack 100 has claimed that 6ix9ine is broke.
6ix9ine connected with TMZ Live, and he’s laying the rumors to rest. The rapper admitted he still owes $1 million in restitution to robbery victims connected to his federal case.
Harvey Levin asked him if he has concerns that a judge will seize the money from him, considering he just told the court he was broke. 6ix9ine answered…
“I ain’t got it right now. I ain’t got it. That was prop money. I ain’t got it… Like I said, I’ma entertainer and obviously, we talkin’ about it so I did a pretty good job at entertaining people.” He added, “You know how you have a degree in law? I have a degree in entertainment. You know?”
