Future says everybody has it all wrong. In a new cover story for GQ, he’s claiming he was never the toxic one.
GQ even acknowledged toxicity is his “trademark” in the new cover story that also proclaims ‘Fewch’ as the “Best Rapper Alive” ahead of his new and untitled album coming out April 29. The Atlanta artist spoke about being toxic and how he’s been done wrong in his past relationships.
“People have their own definition of what toxic is,” Future told the magazine. “[These women] all were toxic to me. They just don’t want to admit it.” He added he’s been “living and growing,” something his upcoming project is going to reflect.
The “March Madness” artist told the publication… “It’s about sometimes having an open heart, handling everybody with open arms, man.” He added that it can have consequences, saying, “Sometimes people out there try to make you seem like the suspect. Really, you are the victim.”
Well there you have it – it wasn’t Future’s fault all along, apparently.
