BOBBY SHMURDA SAYS MAJOR LABELS ARE BLACKBALLING HIM AFTER EPIC RECORDS RELEASE

Bobby Shmurda is free thankfully. However, despite being released from his former label, he claims he’s being blackballed.

The New York rapper announced his first independentĀ release,Ā They Don’t Know, on Instagram this week, with an April 29Ā release date. While one fan in the comments thought the date was too soon, and that Shmurda should instead ā€œpush it back and market it harder,ā€ Bobby explains why he disagrees…

ā€œAll my fan, nah F*** that I got major Lables jumping me Blackballing me and sh*ttttt and I’m from the hood young and rich black as sh*ttt and don’t give a [laughing emoji] about both and they Scare of me and I love that ishhh. I’m only 27 one year fresh Outta six years they got 400 employees tell them boys stop playing me Homieee and I do no marketing that all my sh*t natural ahhhhh #FThemPeople I’m gone [peace emoji].ā€

He’s been off of Epic Records for several weeks now after what was a long and ongoing request to be taken off the label’s roster. Thankfully, even if he is being blackballed, he still has his freedom to drop when and what he wants.
