Pharrell is doing it big once again. The iconic producer has announced the return of his Something In The Water Festival.
According to a press release made public this week, the usually-annual affair will go down in Washington D.C. over Juneteenth weekend (June 17-19). The lineup is stacked and includes performances from Tyler, The Creator, Pusha T, Usher, Ashanti, Ja Rule, Thundercat, Tierra Whack, Denzel Curry, EARTHGANG, JID, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch, Run The Jewels and plenty more.
Produced by Live Nation as well as Redrock Entertainment, this year’s event has been expanded to three stages, right in the heart of our nation’s capital. The 49-year-old decided to pull the festival from his hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia last year in response to concerns about how the city handled the police killing his cousin Donovon Lynch.
Three day passes will go on sale to the general public beginning this Saturday at 10 a.m. ET. Check out Something In The Water’s website here.
