It’s almost time. Kendrick Lamar has revealed the album art to his next project ahead of its release tonight at midnight.
K. Dot shared the cover art on Twitter for his forthcoming album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers on Wednesday, and it’s fire. It shows Kendrick wearing a crown of thorns while holding a child, and there’s a woman in the background on a bed cradling an infant.
They are wearing white tops, while the Compton native rocks khaki pants with a gun tucked into his waistband. His caption simply reads, “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.”
The album art reveal follows the release of “The Heart Pt. 5,” which dropped on Mother’s Day. Gear up, everybody – It’s time for new Kendrick Lamar music. That sentence felt really, really good to write.
