50 Cent and The Game have been beefing for a long time. Just now, the origins of their years-long feuding has been revealed.
G-UnitāsĀ Tony YayoĀ recently sat down for an in-depth interview withĀ VladTV,Ā and disclosed that the intense hatred between the two rap icons can be traced all the way back to Jimmy Henchmen. If you recall, he’s the record executive that led Czar Entertainment, which managed Game and various other artists.
Yayo suggested that Game and ‘Fif’ got off on the wrong foot amidst Henchmenās feud with Chris Lightly, the Violator Management music executive who passed away from suicide back in 2012. āI tell you the poison in that was Jimmy Henchmen,ā Yayo told Vlad.

āJimmy Henchmen never liked Chris Lighty. He never liked Chris Lighty and there was always jealousy, and rest in peace to Chris Lightly. You know thatās my icon. So Chris Lighty always had hate from people because you know he had P. Diddy, he had 50, he had Foxy, he had [L.L. Cool J].ā
While their beef can actually be traced back to 2005, when G-Unit swapped out the release ofĀ 50 Cent’s The Massacre for The Game’s debut album,Ā The Documentary, it seems like there may be even more to the story. However, Yayo’s account is all we have for now.
