TRAVIS SCOTT SUED FOR INCITING ‘HAZARDOUS’ CROWD AT ROLLING LOUD IN 2019

Travis Scott is in more legal action. The Houston superstar has been sued once more over alleged negligence that led to injury at a concert.

This time, instead of the lawsuit being for what went down at his Astroworld Festival, he’s being sued for his 2019 set at Rolling Loud Miami.

The 31-year-old was named as a defendant in a lawsuit against organizers of the Miami Gardens festival. The plaintiff, Marchelle Ashley Love, claims she suffered “severe injuries” after getting trampled by the crowd.

The suit, according to USA TODAY, alleges Scott “continued to verbally and physically incite the crowd to engage in a mosh pit and other hazardous activities,” after police required he stop the performance, due to the crowd becoming uncontrollable.

The lawsuit reads…

“Despite the fact that Travis Scott was aware of and could clearly see concertgoers being injured, suffocating, losing consciousness, fighting, and being trampled, he continued his performance while authorities were forced to attempt to render aid to these injured concertgoers.”

A representative for La Flame has slammed the lawsuit in response – the spokesperson saying…

“This is another blatant, cynical attempt to attack Travis, in this instance for a 3-year-old incident that is deliberately misrepresented. As even the complaint makes clear, this incident was related to a false report of a shooting mid-show, completely unrelated to Travis’s performance.”

Travis’ rep went on to elaborate, saying there was actual video showing exactly when police notified Travis as to why the show had to be stopped. They also claimed he fully cooperated with authorities while they investigated, and they say it’s all on video tape.

Stay tuned for updates.

Until the next time it drips…
