YNW Melly won’t be snitched on by Fredo Bang. The latter has refused to answer prosecutor’s questions about the Florida rapper.
As Melly’s trial drags on, court documents obtained by XXL show Fredo declined to answer any questions during a pre-trial conference for his fellow rap peer’s forthcoming double-murder trial.
Prosecutors believe YNW Melly called Fredo to pick him up after he allegedly murdered Chris Thomas (YNW Juvy) and Anthony Williams (YNW Sakchaser) on October 26 of 2018.
The documents reveal Judge Andrew L. Siegel denied the prosecution’s motion, filed on June 6, to require Fredo to answer questions pertaining to Melly’s case. Judge Siegel made the decision after the “Brazy” rapper repeatedly invoked his fifth amendment right to protect himself from self-incrimination.
The State of Florida at one point even offered Fredo immunity from prosecution in the state if he answered the prosecution’s questions, but Fredo still declined. Talk about staying solid and avoiding any trouble for yourself!
