Drake can pop bottles all day. The rap superstar has now finally sold his entire Hidden Hills, California YOLO estate.
TMZ revealed the deal closed last Friday, with an unknown buyer scooping up Drizzy’s former party pad for $12 million, well below the $14.8 million asking price. Drake’s now-former estate is made up of 3 contiguous homes in an exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood.
Drake put the entire compound on the market a few months ago back in March, drawing interest from celebrity figures like Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford ended up purchasing the two smaller homes for $11 million.
The main residence that just sold is an English Tudor, consisting of 12,500 square feet of pure luxury. It has six fireplaces, a twenty-five-person theater, a recording studio, and all the bells and whistles. Whoever the unknown buyer is, they’re surely going to have a great time.
