YOUNG DOLPH POSTHUMOUS SINGLE ‘HALL OF FAME’ DROPS ON HIS BIRTHDAY

Happy Birthday Young Dolph! The late Memphis rapper’s estate is remembering him with a special new track.

Dolph’s estate has dropped a brand new song to mark what would have been his 37th birthday, titled “Hall of Fame.” Released on Wednesday this week, and produced by frequent collaborator Bandplay, the track sees the Paper Route Empire CEO reflecting on taking a meeting with Roc Nation and offering none other than JAY-Z $2 million for a feature.

Dolph raps on the song…

Showed up plain jane Rolex, had a meeting with Roc Nation/ But they got ’bout four, five, six rap n*ggas over there that be hatin’/ But I still f**k with Jigga, tell him I got two million for him/ To do a verse, and if he don’t, I still got love for him.”

The rapper, real name Adolph Robert Thornton Jr., was shot and killed inside a cookie shop in November 2021 while buying cookies for his mom. Two men have been charged with his murder.

His fiancée, Mia Jaye, penned an open letter via XXL to Dolph for his birthday. Both of the couple’s children contributed to the clip and paid tribute to their father.

Mia’s message to Young Dolph:

“I love you, even after the end of time, and I thank you for allowing me to experience a genuine soul tie for as long as we did. Happy heavenly birthday my love, Mia.”

Rest in peace, Dolph.

Until the next time it drips…
