Fat Joe has the honors all to himself. The New York rap veteran has just been revealed as the host of the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards.
According to Billboard, the Terror Squad boss will be taking his jubilant personality to the Cobb Energy Center in Atlanta, for what he’s described as the “biggest” awards show ever.
‘Joey Crack’ will take the stage September 30th, where the show will be taped and aired exclusively on BET at 9 PM. The legendary network promises “to bring the culture back” with Fat Joe behind the mic, and tons of surprises in store for the evening.
Fat Joe said to Billboard…
“This will be the BIGGEST award show in history. It’s truly an honor to host and produce the BET Hip Hop Awards, and I can’t thank Connie and the entire BET family enough for this opportunity.”
