YOUNG DOLPH CELEBRATED WITH DAY OF SERVICE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES

The life of Young Dolph was celebrated this week across the United States with an awesome day full of giving back.

Per a press release, November 17 is formally recognized as a Day of Service in Tennessee and Georgia. It was commemorated with a handful of philanthropy-focused activities across the country.

The late star’s sister, Carlisa Brown, said Tuesday…

“[Dolph’s] community efforts and traditions will continue and much more. His spirit of giving will continue to live in us as it did in him until his passing. We hope that those who truly supported him will take Young Dolph Service Day as a day to give back and help those that need the assistance as he did.”

In Memphis, the IdaMae Foundation provided free haircuts and served lunch at the Hospitality Hub on the 17th. Free kits with winter items (such as blankets, gloves, etc.) were made available to those in need, and in Atlanta, dinner and free haircuts were provided at the Evolution Center this week.

Rest in peace Young Dolph – your charitable heart will never, ever, be forgotten.

Until the next time it drips…
