The 50 Cent penis enlargement lawsuit is finally heading to court after reportedly receiving a trial date in 2023.
Per AllHipHop, a trial date has been set in the New York icon’s lawsuit against MedSpa owner Angela Kogan for July 3, 2023.
The two parties reaching a settlement prior to the dispute playing out in court is still a possibility. However, mediation for the case must be completed by March 23 of next year, if no settlement agreement is reached.
Judge Robert Scola explained…
“The appearance of counsel and each party or representatives of each party with full authority to enter into a full and complete compromise and settlement is mandatory. If insurance is involved, an adjuster with authority up to the policy limits or the most recent demand, whichever is lower, must attend.”
The judge continued….
“All proceedings of the mediation will be confidential and privileged. If mediation is not conducted, the case may be stricken from the trial calendar, and other sanctions may be imposed.”
50 Cent seems ready for a fight, sharing his reaction to the news on Instagram this past weekend. He wrote in his caption…
“Yeah my d_ck is a BIG DEAL set for trial in july no enhancement necessary, these fools put them selves out of business. SMH.”
