NBA YoungBoy doesn’t like the idea there’s anyone else besides him running Hip-Hop right now, including Drake.
The Baton Rouge native made a rare appearance on Instagram Live this week, which drew in more than 200,000 viewers in less than a minute.
During the stream, the Never Broke Again star was joined by his booking agent, MAC Agency CEO Andrew Lieber, who gave props to his client by claiming he and ‘Drizzy’ are alone at the top of rap’s totem pole.
“It’s just you and Drake at the top, baby!” said Lieber, who also represents artists like DaBaby, Polo G and Moneybagg Yo.
While that would be seen as a major compliment to most artists, YoungBoy scoffed at the statement by furrowing his brow and asking: “Who?”
“Yeah, exactly. You and Drake, that’s it,” Lieber responded, to which the Last Slimeto artist replied: “I thought you was my friend, Drew,” seemingly still displeased at Lieber’s remarks.
