R. KELLY SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON OVER UNDERAGE SEX ABUSE CASE

Federal prosecutors in Chicago have just won a 20 year sentence against disgraced R&B legend R. Kelly.

The Chocolate Factory author was convicted of sexually abusing four victims in the case, and three of them were underage. He was ultimately found guilty on 6 of 13 counts, including child pornography.

ABC 7 Chicago reports nineteen years of his time will be served concurrent with the jail time he’s serving now, but one year is to be served consecutively. Of course, the Chicago native is now sitting in prison on a thirty-year sentence from racketeering charges in New York.

The singer saw a temporary victory last month, after the Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx dropped rape charges against him. The moves came from Foxx’s belief the “Bump n’ Grind” artist would be safely locked away from other convictions… and it appears she was correct.

Until the next time it drips…
