GUNPLAY CURSES OUT HIS GOFUNDME DONORS AFTER GIVING RICK ROSS AN EXPENSIVE GIFT

You heard that right… Rap star Gunplay launched a nasty tirade at people good enough to donate to his GoFundMe campaign after they decided to get a refund.

It happened on the We in Miami podcast. Gunplay looked right into the camera and said…

“Every last one of you pu*** as* ho** and fu** ni**** that went to GoFundMe and donated and went and get motherfu***** refund… you never gave it with your heart. You a piece of sh**. You’ll die that way… for real.”

Why did they want a refund, you may ask… Well, they noticed that Gunplay, real name Richard Morales, 43, made a big public gesture of giving fabulously rich rapper/entrepreneur Rick Ross an expensive diamond chain. The whole exchange was captured on video and posted to Worldstar HipHop.

Gunplay needed the GoFundMe account because he has a critically ill daughter with heart problems, an undeniably good reason. During the interview with the publication, he and the child’s mother seemed to verify they raised about $30,000.

Prior to the rapper’s insults toward donors, the issue at hand was simply this… Why would a boasting, bragging rapper, reportedly signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group (MMG) record label, need a GoFundMe page at all?

To that end, New York radio personality DJ Envy asked that very question recently during The Breakfast Club radio show. However, he did it with a lot of snark because he and Ross have been in a heated, insult-filled trolling battle lately.

It all has to do with the two men hosting dueling car shows this summer. Ross pulled off his car show in early June to rousing success, and by all accounts, it made plenty of money.

It is in this context that Gunplay gifted Ross the very expensive chain, thus causing many of his GoFundMe donors to bail – most folks think rightfully so. After all, doesn’t his daughter need that money(?).

Was it a smart move for the rapper to be seen giving Rick Ross jewelry? It’s definitely not a good look to insult your GoFundMe donors.

The mere act itself may be a violation of GoFundMe guidelines, and that could put in jeopardy any funds that are left. We can all agree – that would be absolutely tragic for his daughter. Remember her?

For a bit of perspective on Gunplay… The Man is not a white nationalist, nor is he a Nazi, yet he wears a swastika on his body every day. So, there you go.

Should Gunplay apologize? Tell us what you think about the issue. Until the next time it drips….
