Dr. Dre and Diddy linked up. The two have achieved a major first for both of them – hitting the studio for the first time, literally, ever together.
Marking their first-ever musical meetup, sources familiar with the session tell TMZ Dre was actually coaching the Bad Boy Records mogul on how to say certain words and made sure he had it right.
The track they cooked up will likely end up on Dre’s upcoming album with Snoop Dogg, who also pulled up to the occasion. The rap icons have been teasing the new LP since February’s memorable Super Bowl LVI halftime performance.
Jimmy Iovine, Tank, Pheelz, LVRN’s Justice Baiden and other big names were also in the mix to keep energy high and ideas flowing major. TMZ also reports Diddy and Dre hit it off and “clicked,” while having major fun.
Talk about two important names in the game getting after it — together!
